SCHOOL VISITS

SCHOOL VISITS

Amalie is available to speak about her books, writing, and the publishing process. In-person or Skype visits can be coordinated via the Contact Form on this website. Availability can be limited due to other engagements, so please book at least three to six months in advance and be sure to consult the above calendar before selecting your dates.

School presentations are geared toward middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college students. Amalie has presented at schools across the country as well as internationally, including Hommocks Middle School (Larchmont, NY), Poudre High School (Ft. Collins, CO), St. Augustine Girls’ High School (Trinidad & Tobago), Colby College (Waterville, ME), and Colorado State University (Ft. Collins, CO). She has also taught Creative Writing workshops at libraries and various educational institutions.

All in-person school visits include:

  • Customized fifty-minute presentation(s) with time for Q&A
  • Lunch with the author for students (please schedule in advance)
  • Book signing
  • Bookmarks and swag for students
